6)	Would you buy a book called "BLAST in a Nutshell" or "BLAST: Theory
and Practice"? (I'm trying to convince a certain someone to write such a
book with me)

I would buy that book.  I saw that O'reilly is putting out a bioinformatics
book, what's in there on blast?  Are you thinking a BioPerl blast book, or a
more generic blast book?  I'd buy both.  In fact, if you know of any good
resources, I would love to know about them now :)
