[Bioperl-l] Index.t committed, tested; HMMER waiting

I have committed the clean up to Index.t 

All tests pass on compaq alpha, perl 5.004 and linux perl 5.005 

I must get a set of fixes in for HMMER - tracking down this file now -
before release. Apologies for the delay ;)
