Thanks for your help!  This solved the problem, and I am very appreciative.


I should have caught this type of error, as I've seen such bugs in other
languages.

In your script, change 

	my $report = BPlite->new(-fh=>\*STDIN);

to

	my $report = Bio::Tools::BPlite->new(-fh=>\*STDIN);

and see if you get errors after that.
