[Bioperl-l] Bio::AlignIO::meme

I recently checked in a simple module to get the "sites sorted by 
p-value" section out of meme output files.  I haven't used bioperl a 
whole lot so I'm not sure how well it fits in with everything else, but 
please try it if you need to get the aligned sites out of your meme 
file.  Let me know if you have suggestions.  It signals an error if 
you're using a meme version before 3.0 (if you are, you should 
-definitely- upgrade as 3.0 has big improvements!)
