[Bioperl-l] (no subject)

Hi,
i have couple of questions about running blast locally.
there are two different modules i think
standaloneblast and localblast. What are the differences between them?
I was able to run standaloneblast. But I was completely lost as for as 
localblast in concerned.Also i was not able to find any examples in the 
documentation at bioperl. Does anyone had any example/sample scripts?
