Hi,
I would be very grateful if somebody could help me with an alignment
problem. I am currently working with long (>100kb) DNA sequence alignments
from closely related species.
I would like to be able to automatically transfer the annotations from
genbank clone entries onto the alignment files to enable me to analyse
different sequence features separately. Could anybody offer me advice on how
to proceed? I have very little experience with bioperl, but believe that it
is probably the best way to tackle such a problem.
Thanks,
Matt
