[Bioperl-l] Question on Bio::Tools::BPLite

I have a question about the Bio::Tools::BPLite

	What does the $hsp->percent actually return? I just can't figure if it is
the identity over just the hit region, or the identity over the whole query
or what. If someone can give me a heads up on what it is giving me, that'll
be great.
