i dont know if i can ask for help here, but ill try anyway.

im installing standalone blast and trying to create an interface for my web 
users.  are there scripts available to put in my cgi-bin that can be 
executed via a form?  i mean, is there a way to execute a simple blast 
search using input from the user?  its the same way NCBI does it, but 
instead i am writing the scripts.  help!!!
