[Bioperl-l] test suite upgrade

Isn't it required to append a slash to the directory name? I thought I
read about that, but right now can't verify in the lib POD (there is
no notion about a trailing slash requirement or absence requirement).

Does anyone know for sure? Could it even be that Perl is smart here
and allows both?
