[Bioperl-l] make test

make test presently reveals the following problems (I'm running
Perl 5.005003 on Linux 2.2.10).

t/Chain.............Warning chain2string: argument LAST:6
overriding LEN:4! at blib/lib/Bio/LiveSeq/Chain.pm line 184.

Does this have any significance?

There were a couple of others which I (and Ewan and Jason) could
fix.
