Dear Sir/Miss,
I am a part of the bioinformatic group at Tel-Aviv university.
This group is leaded by Prop. Haim Wolfson and Prof. Ruth Nussinov.
Our main interests are protein docking and folding.
For that purpose we developed advanced computational tools.
With these tool PDB files of protein structures can be easily proceesed,
matched, transformed etc.
For view of our tool you can check the GAMB library documentation at:
http://pc-gamba.math.tau.ac.il/group/
Our code is in C++, but could be translated to perl.
I would like to know :
1. Is there a need for such tools for your library?
2. What is the procedure for code submition?
3. How will our group be acknowledged for the work?
Best Regards,
Inbal Halperin.
