Another option (which might get messy, but still be useful) is for the
"atom" objects to hold onto just their line in PDB file without parsing it
- when a client object walks into the atom object and asks for actual
information then the atom object parses the line, registers itself with
the parent object (yikes - can we do this without cycles - there is
actually a design pattern to do this) and then gives out the right info.
Not so nice. -noatom => 1 is probably as useful and much simpler.
