I should probably note here before someone propagating a fix
from/to branch makes a mistake: due to the Bio::Root::Root/I
changes right now HEAD and branch are _incompatible_. This means,
if you propagate a fix, you'll have to specify the two versions
before and after your fix when merging, not just a symbolic name
(branch->HEAD) or a single version (HEAD->branch).
