[Bioperl-l] BioPerl branch-06 more modern than head

In the following cases, branch-06 of the BioPerl CVS seems to have a more
'modern' (i.e. incorporates additional changes) version of a module than
the HEAD of the CVS trunk does:

Bio/LocatableSeq.pm
Bio/Annotation/Comment.pm
Bio/Annotation/Reference.pm
Bio/Tools/RestrictionEnzyme.pm
Bio/Tools/SeqPattern.pm
Bio/Tools/SeqWords.pm
t/SimpleAlign.t
t/Tools.t

Seems changes were committed to branch-06 but not to head...
