[Bioperl-l] simple problem with 0.6.2-devel tarball

Looks like the MANIFEST file is out of date in the test distro with
respect to Sim4/ stuff. I get the following error when I did 'perl
Makefile.PL':

[dag@ani bioperl-live]$ perl Makefile.PL
Generated sub tests. go make show_tests to see available subtests
Checking if your kit is complete...
Warning: the following files are missing in your kit:
     Bio/Tools/Sim4/Exon.pm
     Bio/Tools/Sim4/Results.pm
