[Bioperl-l] Possible 0.6.2 code to play with

Chris has put the tarball of my current working tree up on the
bio.perl.org site. Could those people who are interested in contributing
to BioPerl 0.6.2 have a look at it to see what bugs / inconsistencies they
can detect?
