[Bioperl-l] Bug hunt; Course

James Gilbert and myself are running a course, which is generating a
number of interesting "issues" (aka bugs).

The good news is that most things work ...


I have done a number of fixes across the package, including the 
Bio::Index modules (including documentaiton) and some smaller
Bio::Seq things

I was a good bou and fixed things on the branch *and* the main trunk.



I also reorganised the folders so that we have a BLAST folder. This cut
down our incoming list to 20 (of course, this is a bit of a fiddle, but
the BLAST bugs are a separate thing).


Peter - I hope I'm helping ;). Feel free to try to assign people<->bug ids
