Bioperl: Q: How to setup a BLAST server?

Dear All,

Sorry for this off-topic question, but I believe I can get expert opinions
from this mailing list.

Is there a line-by-line instruction for setting up a BLAST server? I expect
to have:
 1. web front-end of BLAST
 2. a BLAST engine
 3. a good instruction of setup
I have had a UNIX box with Apache running.
