The last Pise distribution contains important bug fixes:
- paragraphs embedded into a paragraph are now correctly handled,
- there were problems in XML parsing of labels containing "",
- Web forms' title now include the description and the authors,
- some programs' definition had errors.
There has been some improvments:
- bibliographic references are included and displayed in the Web form when available
- the installation procedure is now almost automatic; there is just one file to edit
- required Perl modules and programs are all checked; nice syntax is now automatically
checked
- some administration scripts have been added
- database searches programs (like blast, fasta, ...) now have a configuration
file that lists the locally available databases.
ftp://ftp.pasteur.fr/pub/GenSoft/unix/misc/Pise.tar.gz
(the version number has not changed yet, it's still 5.a)
