[Bioperl-l] Empty FASTA files with Bio::SeqIO

The fasta programs accept:
>sequence 1
>sequence 2
ATCGCGCA
>sequence 3
>
>sequence 5
>sequence 6
GATTACA
Note the "sequence 4" that has no description at all.
Of course these examples represent garbage input, but I just wanted to
clarify *all* the possibilities.
