Bioperl: ANN: BlastTests

Hello,

Following some recent discussions on the perl-guts list, I have put up a
web page for the BlastTest Archiving Project:
http://www.biopython.org/Projects/BlastTests/

The goals of this project are to:
1.  Compile a list of sequences that generate various BLAST output.
2.  Archive BLAST reports from various flavors and versions of BLAST.
3.  Document behaviors of BLAST in different circumstances.

Please take a look at the web page and let me know if you have any test
cases to add!
