Bioperl: bioperl NT porter wanted...

We need someone who works regularly with perl on NT to help
us make sure we can port things to NT. At the moment noone
in the core group (that I know of) uses perl on a NT box,
but we should probably support it properely.

Does anyone want to volunteer? Massive kudos of course for
the person who decides to ;)
