Bio::Seq --> Bio::PreSeq Update

Hi Folks,

Sorry for my silence the past few weeks..I've been swamped at work recently.

Here is an update on my efforts:

 o I will be attending the OiB meeting in Cambridge UK
    It looks like I will be helping with a portion of Steve C.'s talk 
   
 o Bio::Seq is now Bio::PreSeq (I finally figured out what was going wrong)
 
 o The latest Bio::PreSeq distribution will be posted on the web sometime
    near the end of the weekend. Hopefully most of the obstacles preventing
    public release will have been taken care of.
