[Biojava-l] Parsing INSDseq Sequences (1.3 & 1.4)

Hmm. It's telling the truth - the moltype has a non-zero rank, so it
doesn't find it.

I've modified SimpleAnnotation in CVS to return the first value found
regardless of rank.

Try it now.
