[Biojava-l] New look for BJIA

I'd prefer it without line numbers as I do a lot of cut-and-pasting. Maybe there is some way of adding them without getting them included in the actual text (as images, for example). Or simply alternating background colours on alternate lines of code would have a similar effect for legibility.
