[Biojava-l] cvs downlod install

[D.Enrique ESCOBAR ESPINOZA]

i put the files:
    *  bytecode-0.92.jar
    * commons-cli.jar
    * commons-collections-2.1.jar
    * commons-dbcp-1.1.jar
    * commons-pool-1.1.jar
in my biojava directory: C:\biojava
is set my classpath
set CLASSPATH C:\biojava\biojava.jar;
C:\biojava\bytecode-0.92.jar;
C:\biojava\commons-cli.jar;
C:\biojava\commons-collections-2.1.jar;
C:\biojava\commons-dbcp-1.1.jar;
C:\biojava\commons-pool-1.1.jar;.
with cvs download:
all biojava-live files where put into
C:\biojava\biojava-live\
so i m supposed to move these files up to
C:\biojava\
directory?

when i use in the folder C:\biojava\biojava-live\:
(windows)
  cd demos
  javac seq\TestEmbl.java
i obtain
$ javac seq\TestEmbl.java
error: cannot read: seqTestEmbl.java
1 error
i obtain
  java seq.TestEmbl seq\AL121903.embl
i have:
$ java seq.TestEmbl seq\AL121903.embl
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:
seq/TestEmbl
