[Biojava-l] permission to use 'BioJava in Anger' for BioRuby?

I would be more than happy if you wanted to modify BioJava in Anger for a BioRuby in Anger. There has been a lot of positive feedback and we have found it to be a pretty successful alternative to large scale documentation.
