[Biojava-l] JVM level for BioJava - should we migrate to 1.4 as our base JVM?

I think it's probably fine to move to one source tree, but it's
also harmless to leave it as is, as the build file checks for 1.4.

So I guess, if you want to do it, I'd say go fer it.
