Hi -

The ProteinTools.getAlphabet() method returns an alphabet of size 21?
Containing a symbol called SEC????

I am assuming that this is Selenocysteine but this generally isn't
considerd to be part of the standard alphabet and caused a bit of a
surprise when I saw it. Should there not be a specialized method to
retreive this extended amino acid alphabet (similar to the one used to
get the amino acid alphabet including the termination codons)?

- Mark
