Hi. I'm getting test failures (now that I have finaly convinced ANT to run JUnit tests by modifying build.xml) that smell like binary files have been checked into CVS as text. The affected files are all ssbind compressed blast reports. I don't know enough CVS to be able to fix this myself. Could a CVS guru make them binary again? Thanks Matthew
