[Biojava-l] ARAlignment naming

Re. name of AR (add-remove?) Alignment.

Possibly ExchangeAlignment as you can effectively exchange one
AlignmentElement for another (or for nothing)?

One request - would it be possible to make the methods getLoc/setLoc
into getLocation/setLocation? I think that the full xxxLocation naming
has become a convention.
