Good point -- I think a lot of BioJava folks may have missed
the fact that a new mailing list has been created for
discussing things like BioSQL.  Hopefully, most people with
an interest in BioJava-BioSQL are at least skimming this thread,

Ewan: that said, plans like this history extention we've been
talking about today are at a /very/ early stage of discussion.
But if it goes much further, I'll be sure to push it over
to the more general mailing list.
