[Biojava-l] SequencePanels & Swing borders

Got a bug report yesterday that TranslatedSequencePanel wasn't
respecting Swing borders. This is now fixed for that class and
PairwiseSequencePanel. Drawing and events should now behave
properly. Is SequencePoster still extant? If it's still in use I might
try to fix it too.

SequencePanel is not going to get fixed, though - it's got too many
problems to make it worthwhile (ask me and I'll give you a list). It
should probably be retired.
