[Biojava-l] biojava GUI examples

I am considering using biojava in a sequence viewer that I am working on at 
the moment. The viewer will be displaying a set of sequences and their Blast 
matches with other sequences. I would like to be able to click on the 
displayed sequences and features and get the related data.

Has biojava been used in any type of sequence browser/viewer applications 
like that ? I would be interested to have a look at what other people have 
done using biojava before I start using it.
