[Biojava-l] EmblViewer bug

HI!

Some playing around with the EmblViewer and EmblViewer2 in the demos dir 
revealed some strange rendering errors. The features loose colour and 
you get a rather messed upp display of features.

To see this error all i need to do is to start the EmblViewer and feed 
it the embl file/entry  AL121903 . The rendering looks ok if you zoom 
out a bit. The EmblViewer2 also shows the rendering issues at if you 
zoom in close enough to the sequence.

I am using sun jdk1.4 on linux and are using biojava CVS code.
