Hi -

Is there any type of feature that handles frames?

GFFEntrySets seem to containt the idea but loose the frame info when they
annotate the Sequence object. Although it is possible to assign a frame
based on the position of the feature if the frame is specified by the
GFFEntrySet it seems a waste to loose it, after all the frame may be
assigned relative to some important feature.

Could I suggest a FramedFeature as a possible subclass of StrandedFeature?
