[Biojava-l] Re: First baby steps with biojava

This reminds me -- the README hasn't been updated in a while.

Baby steps:

1.  download and install 1.2+ jdk
2.  download and install ant (http://jakarta.apache.org/ant)
3.  set ANT_HOME and add .../ant/bin to your path per ant documentation
4.  cd biojava-live
5.  > ant
