Anouncing the new org.biojava.bio.proteomics package: Mike Jones (mjones@mpi.com) has just commited a proteomics package that slices, dices and weighs your peptides. In addition, he has added the interface SymbolPropertyTable in the symbol package that allows arbitrary numeric data to be associated with symbol instances. This looks like realy useful code for those of us who do proteins. Thanks Mike
