hello there
well nice to hear from you. Finally after some work
at updating the version i am able to work as earlier
with biojava.I felt you would be interested in knowing
what was wrong with the failure couple of days ago.As
far in red hat linux 7.1 as thomas guessed it right
after installing jdk 1.4 beta version everything was
working fine with out any problem and windows as it
was never my fruitful choice to program something,it
was the classpath where the present directory was not
properly added in the classpath, though the
autoexec.bat was always showing the right classpath
when opened with edit from dos prompt but when i
checked it from the system configuration options it
was showing some thing different, I had to fix the
classpath and thats all was the problem .I would like
to hear from you if biojava is completely compatible
with jdk1.4 or are there any conflicts which you have
faced or heard of.
I would be grateful if any body can tell me how to
permanantly throw all the class files of java into a
particular folder you wish, if you are working on a
particular package.
awaiting your reply soon
