[Biojava-l] nightly builds, openbsd, ant

Thomas - I'm trying to do a build on cvs.bioperl.org.  We're running
openbsd 2.8, but I've installed linux compat and blackdown 1.2.

When I do ant I get
compile:
    [javac] Compiling 430 source files to
/home/jason/biojava/biojava-live/ant-build/classes
    [javac] The compiler has run out of memory.  Consider using the
"-J-mx<number>" command line option to increase the maximum heap size.

Can we pass in cmdline params to ant to specify a larger stack size?

I can, however, build with build.Builder no problem, but I think ant is
certainly the way we should try and go here..

As for setting up nightly build, if we can get ant to work, I'll plan on
using some form of the following:
