[Biojava-l] Re: packages missing from 1.00 release ?

Hello.  I am trying to learn biojava-- it looks like it could be very
useful to me.  Me and my JVM are having trouble locating some of the
packages, specifically

import org.w3c.dom.*;
import com.sun.xml.parser.*;
import com.sun.xml.tree.*;
import org.xml.sax.*;

used by AlphabetManager.
Are these provided with the biojava api?  I couldn't find them in
biojava-1.00.jar.
Do I need to download them separately?
