[Biojava-l] (no subject)

I get

java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/w3c/dom/Node
	at org.biojava.bio.seq.DNATools.<clinit>(DNATools.java:45)

Whenever I try to run the seq.TestEmbl test. I've checked and the xml.jar is
in my classpath. Is this an xml.jar problem? I'm using the 1.01 java and src
(the build seemed to work fine).
