I've now got the updated Feature interface and new Feature
creation semantics sorted out.  Take a look at
FeatureHolder.createFeature to see how features are
now created.

I'm just updating my `Sequences and Features' tutorial
to include the changes -- will hopefully post it this
afternoon.
