[Biojava-l] Updates

Over the last few days, a lot of documentation has been
added to the Biojava code in the CVS repository.  If you
want to look at static JavaDoc, this is available at:\

  http://www.sanger.ac.uk/~td2/biojava-docs/

(hopefully these will be available from the biojava web
site soon, too).

There are also a few new classes -- in particular, take
a look at org.biojava.bio.seq.tools.ComplementResidueList
for an example of the flexibility of the ResidueList
and Sequence interfaces.
