[Biojava-dev] biojava-legacy 1.9.2 bug-fix release

Would anyone mind if I cut a version 1.9.2 bug-fix release for
biojava-legacy?

Here's the diff from 1.9.1

I don't know of any other issues or outstanding work going on, so I will
proceed-until-veto later this afternoon.
