[Biojava-dev] biojava3.0-alpha5 released

Hi,

biojava3.0-alpha5 just got released.

New features:

- improvements in sequence API (core module)
- improvements in protein modifications module

Just a quick reminder: next week we will prepare the first
beta-release. It might be good to improve the javadocs during this
week, still plenty of warnings in many modules... If you want to take
a look at the current output of the automated build system, take a
