[Biojava-dev] Problem with Phylo Code in CVS

Yes, I will omit the phylo package as it is not stable (or finished).

Also noticed that the MassCalcTest fails after the update of the new
Mass values. Does no-one attempt to run tests before commiting?? I
will commit a patch to the test today.
