[Biojava-dev] missing docbook file

Hello Cary,

This reference should be removed from the ant build script. I think that 
the docbook section is no longer being maintained and is out of date. As 
such it should be removed from CVS and all later versions of biojava.

If no one has any complaints I will do this soon.

Hello,

I have the source to biojava-1.4pre1 and when I tried
to execute the ant target "docbook", it complained
that it could not find biojava-doc-main.xml file. If
anyone has this file, could you please email it to me.
