[Biojava-dev] Biojava SearchProfile.java Problem

Hi,

I am a newbie to Biojava. I obtained Biojava 1.4pre1 and compiled the source and the demos. I seem to be having some problems with the demo - especially SearchProfile.java. It seems to throw this exception:
