Oops - foot from mouth. Somehow I just totaly didn't
see this method.

Seems like that's the reason. Blowing away my
build.xml and grabbing it from CVS has fixed the
problem.

All tests now run successfully on the trunk (redhat
7.3, sun VM 1.4.1_01-b01)
